NINA loans do not require income or asset information
to be provided or verified and are based largely on your overall credit
score. Approval is based on down payment, credit history, and property
value. This program still requires "employment" documentation
for the last two years. These loans are typically popular with investors,
foreign nationals and others who have income that is difficult to
prove or document. Various restrictions and requirements apply. Contact
your loan officer for more information.
