What happens when you find the right home?
Your  pre-qualification can quickly be turned into a pre-approved letter. Being able to provide a "Pre-Approved" letter to the sellers at the time of the offer, will put you one step ahead of the competition! The processing of your home loan is all done here in Lincoln, so there are no time delays or additional fees.

After you move into your new home.
I will continue to work for you!  You will receive statements at the end of the year showing the interest  and taxes you paid for tax purposes.  In adddition, I will watch the interest rates and let you know if I think it might be advantageous for you to refinance.
